Invoicing
Bill your customers, get paid by card, and skip the part where you re-type it all into your books. Every invoice you send is already accounted for.
How it works
- Set up payments once. Stripe verifies your business so money from your customers lands in your bank account. Takes a few minutes, and you never do it again.
- Send an invoice in a click.Pick the customer, list what you're charging for, hit send. Your customer gets a branded invoice with a link to pay.
- Your books update themselves. The moment you send, the amount shows as money owed to you. The moment it's paid, that moves to cash. No double entry, no month-end catch-up.
What you get
- Branded invoices with your business name and details
- A hosted payment page so customers can pay by card
- Automatic payment reminders, so you don't have to chase
- A live "money owed to you" figure, read straight from your books
- Void and write-off handling that records the loss properly instead of deleting history
Good to know
Invoices sent through Fulkrum are paid by card. If a customer pays you by cheque or bank transfer instead, record it against the invoice and your books stay right either way.
Payments are processed by Stripe and settle directly to your own bank account — Fulkrum never holds your money. Stripe's standard processing fees apply.
Pricing
Invoicing is included with any Fulkrum bookkeeping plan, DIY or Full Service. Because an invoice records money owed to you, it needs bookkeeping switched on — see Bookkeeping & Taxes for plans.
